Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only, the return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
  2. In case we do not have pick-up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office address.
  3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

NOTE FOR RETURN

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.

Supporting Documentation for Returns/Refunds

To ensure a smooth and efficient return or refund process, we require relevant photographic or video evidence of the issue you're experiencing with the product. Refund or return requests may be rejected if not accompanied by clear and sufficient visual documentation illustrating the problem. This helps us understand the nature of the issue and process your request accurately.

Mandatory Return of Items for Refund

For any refund to be processed, it's mandatory to ship the item(s) back to Wonder Care. The returned product(s) must include:

  • Original packaging: This includes any bags, wraps, or protective materials the product came in.
  • Original box: The product's original retail box is required.
  • Any labels that came attached: This includes any tags, stickers, or labels that were on the product or its packaging when you received it.

Failure to return the product(s) with all original components as described above may result in the rejection of your refund request.

Item Pickup and Refund Processing Time

Wonder Care will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location. Please note that the refund will only be generated once the item is successfully returned to the Wonder Care premises. Depending on your location, this entire process, from pickup to the item's return and subsequent refund generation, may take between 10 to 20 days.

Refund Payout Process

Within 2-5 days of the item being delivered to Wonder Care, a refund link will be shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp. Through this link, you'll need to enter your bank details to receive the refund. The refund will then be credited to the provided account within 2-5 days of your submission of this information.
